Payment Freeze is not Debt Relief

So the Paris Club of rich countries has annouced a debt payment freeze for Tsunami afflicted countries. This is nice, but really not enough. These countries, really all developing countries need full debt relief now. A huge portion of these countries export earnings which come from the globalizalizing of their economies goes back in to paying this debt. It’s at least part of the reason why these countries remain underdeveloped.
