Spent the day at an occupied mental hospital

The workers have kicked out their bosses and are running the mad house, literally, in a bid to get better pay and more funding for public health in uruguay. Right now some hospital workers are paid less than $60 a month, which not enough to live on. They are demanding a $35 raise for every worker making less than $70 per month. It's not a long term occupation, as they are planning on letting the bosses back in, in a week. It was interesting, but it's late and tired so i won't talk much about it. If you can read spanish, we posted the article and pictures on uruguay indymedia.
